The NCL Operator recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 388 vacant posts. These posts include HEMM Operator (Trainee), shovel operator trainee, dumper operator trainee, surface miner trainee, dozer trainee, grader trainee, pay loader trainee and crane operator trainee.

- Click on the notification link that reads, 'Employment Notification for Direct Recruitment for various posts of HEMM Operator (Trainee) in NCL'
- Click on 'Apply online' link and complete the basic registration
- Fill in your personal details, educational qualification and required details in the application form
- Upload the sought documents and pay the application fee
- Click on submit
- Download the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.
