The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially released the list of test cities for the highly anticipated NEET PG 2024 examination. Scheduled for August 11, 2024, the exam will be conducted across 185 cities nationwide.
Due to enhanced security measures implemented by NBEMS and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the number of test cities has increased compared to previous years. This decision aims to provide wider accessibility and accommodate a larger number of candidates.
Candidates who had previously received admit cards for the exam, which was originally scheduled for June 23, 2024, must reselect their preferred test city through the online portal from July 19 to July 22, 2024.
“Candidate shall not be entitled to claim any changes in the preferred test city choices given, after submitting the form. Further, the form shall not be accessible to edit after being submitted once or after the expiry of prescribed timelines of submission,” the official notification additionally stated.
The final allocation of test cities will be communicated to candidates via email on July 29, 2024.
The admit cards containing the exact test center details within the allocated city will be available for download from August 8, 2024.
