The University of Mumbai has released its revised winter session exam time table for all of its courses that were scheduled to initiate from 10 October, 2022 but were postponed after repeated requests from the students. The updated schedule is now available at the official website – mu.ac.in
According to the schedule, the commerce stream examinations will start from 18 November and will end on 21 February, 2022. The examinations for humanities courses will start from 4 November and will end on 2 February, 2022.
Last week, the final year science stream students from different city colleges had written to varsity administration seeking the postponement of examinations. Accepting the same the university released a notice informing them about postponement of exams.
“Following repeated demands from students, the exams have been postponed. All the exams will be held after Diwali,” added Dr Prasad Karande, In-charge Director of Board of Examinations and Evaluations at the Mumbai University. Separate streams like: commerce, science, arts, management and technology had more than 450 examinations conducted by the Mumbai University for the winter session. Date sheet for all of these examinations have been declared.
