A panel will evaluate the candidates based on several parameters such as aptitude, leadership quotient, emotional quotient, personality traits and working style. Assessment results, the student's past academic performances and their co-curricular and extracurricular achievements will be taken into account. This methodology ensures that all students irrespective of their merit and talent will have a fair chance.

Actor Vivek Oberoi, who attended the online launch of the scholarship programme, said, “When I was studying at New York University, getting a scholarship was a distant dream.”

He urged students to take advantage of the opportunity and work on paying it back to society. He highlighted that gratitude played a key role in transformational journeys.

Prateek Bhargava, founder and CEO, Mindler, said, “With over 93% students aware of less than seven career options, high-school students are often in a dilemma about the right career choice. The current batch of Class XII students has had a challenging year with lots of ambiguity regarding their career journey. As we enter the Season II of this initiative, we can foresee empowering over 50,000 students in collaboration with our partner universities.”

Mindler has collaborated with Afairs, an education fair and convention organiser for this programme. Indian universities like Vellore Institute of Technology and OP Jindal Global University as well as international universities like the University of Bristol and the University of Queensland are a part of the initiative.
