The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will release the MHT CET 2024 results for 2024 soon, covering the subjects of physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology (PCM and PCB). The results will facilitate admission to engineering and other courses for qualified candidates. Prospective students can review the course-specific MHT CET cut-offs for 2024 to assess their chances of admission to participating colleges.
MHT CET Cutoffs
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell releases two separate cut-off lists for the MHT CET 2024 exam: one for Maharashtra State candidates and one for All India candidates. The All India cut-off list pertains to students from other states, with 15% of seats reserved for non-Maharashtra students. This reservation significantly influences the All India Cut-off for MHT CET 2024.
Post each counselling round, the State Common Entrance Test Cell publishes the MHT CET seat matrix.
The MHT CET 2024 cut-off, to be released post-results, will detail the opening and closing ranks for student admissions across various participating institutes. These cut-offs vary by college, course, and category.
Conducted over 30 sessions, the MHT CET 2024 examinations consisted of 5,100 questions testing candidates' knowledge in the aforementioned subjects.
Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections to the MHT CET 2024 answer key. Of the 5,100 questions, 54 unique question ID objections were deemed valid, according to the CET Cell.
