College students looking to specialise in web development and data analytics can opt for an internship guarantee programme offered by Masai School from May 16, the skilling and employment platform said in a statement.
The programme will be rolled out through Masai School’s end-to-end placement preparation vertical Prepleaf. The six-month programme offers students an immersive practice-based learning experience with a focus on front-end web development, back-end web development and data analytics, Masai School added in its statement.
This programme prepares enrolled candidates to step into jobs in the industry. As a part of the course, students will benefit from personalised mentorship from industry experts working with renowned companies such as Google, Amazon, Uber and Microsoft. Along with tool-based-learning through live classes in Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Data Structures and Algorithms, the programme provides hands-on Capstone project experience.
Students enrolled with Masai will get a head start in the industry with interview preparation. The interview preparation goes hand in hand with the internship guarantee. Masai guarantees that enrolled candidates will be able to secure internships at leading companies with a stipend of up to Rs 60,000. If a student is not able to secure an internship, then they will get a 110% refund of their fees.

The internship guarantee programme was announced at the company’s TechEd conference TechTonic Shift 2022. Collaborating with the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), Masai hosted talks by industry leaders such as Vineeta Singh, CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics and Investor on the show Shark Tank, and Amrish Rau, CEO of PineLabs and Abhishek Goyal, Founder of Tracxn. The focus of the event was to provide industry expertise to students and graduates from tier 2, 3 and 4 colleges.
