Steps to Apply for Maharashtra TET 2024

  1. Visit the official website mahatet.in.
  2. Click on the login tab and select ‘New registration of candidate.’
  3. Complete the registration form to generate login details.
  4. Log in to the candidate’s account using these credentials.
  5. Fill in the required details as per the application form.
  6. Upload the necessary documents.
  7. Pay the applicable application fee.
  8. Submit the completed form.
  9. Save a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.

Maharashtra TET 2024 Examination Format

The examination is divided into two papers

  • Paper 1 will be conducted from 10.30AM to 1PM on November 11.
  • Paper 2 is scheduled for the same day, from 2PM to 4.30PM.

Maharashtra TET 2024 Application Fee Structure

For Paper 1 or Paper 2 (any one paper):

  • Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Handicapped (40% or more): INR 700
  • Other Categories (VJA/DTA, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, SBC, OBC, SEBC, EWS, Open): INR 1,000

For Both Papers:

  • SC, ST, Handicapped (40% or more): INR 900
  • Other Categories (VJA/DTA, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, SBC, OBC, SEBC, EWS, Open): INR 1,200

The payment window for application fees also closes today, September 30. Admit cards for the Maharashtra TET will be available from October 28 to November 10, downloadable from the official website.
