Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2024: Schedule for second and third round OUT; Check dates inside

The Common Entrance Test (CET) cell has announced the schedule for the second and third round of Maharashtra National Eligibility Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling 2024. Candidates will be able to check the schedule by visiting the official website- cetcell.mahacet.org. The deadline to resign the seat joined during round 1 is 25 September.

According to the schedule, the seat matrix for MBBS, BDS admissions through NEET UG 2024 will be published on 26 September. If candidates fail to resign before 25 September, they will be considered as part of CAP-2 and rules will apply accordingly.

The official CET cell notice reads, “The filling of status retention form is the choice of the candidate. However, status retention form once filled cannot be taken back. Hence, candidates should be careful about filling the status retention form.”

Deadline to resign round 1 joined seat without payment of late fees- 25 September

Publication of seat matrix for CAP 2- 26 September

Online preference/choice filling process of eligible candidates for CAP 2- 27 to 29 September (upto 11:59 pm)

Declaration of second selection list CAP 2- 30 September

Physical joining and filling of status retention form with all original documents and requisite fees by dd/cheque at the allotted college- 1 to 4 October (upto 5:30 pm)

Last date to resign round 2 joined seats with forfeiture of registration fees- 7 October (upto 5:30 pm)

Commencement of academic session as per MCC- 1 October

Online registration and session apply (These candidates will not be considered for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BPTH/BOTH/BASLP/B(P&O) CAP- 1&2 round. 9 to 13 October (upto 11:59 pm)

Payment of registration fees through online payment gateway for MBBS/BDS Courses only- 9 to 13 October (upto 11:59 pm)

Uploading of documents- 9 to 13 October

Publication of General List of registered candidates for MBBS/BDS courses only- 14 October

Publication of Combined Common Provisional State Merit List of MBBS/BDS courses only- 14 October

Publication of seat matrix for CAP-3- 15 October

Online Preference/Choice Form Filling Process of eligible candidates for CAP-3 of MBBS/BDS courses- 15 to 17 October (upto 11:59 pm)

Declaration of Third Selection List CAP-3 of MBBS/BDS courses- 19 October

Physical Joining with All Original Documents & Requisite Fees by DD/Cheque at the allotted college- 20 to 23 October (upto 5:30 pm)

Prescribed last date to resign the seat without Penalty (Any cancellation after this date will lead to penalty as per clause 16 of the Information Brochure)- 23 October (upto 5:30 pm)
