The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is currently conducting the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) for class 10 and the Indian School Certificate (ISC) examinations for class 12, respectively. The ICSE exams are set to conclude on March 28, while the ISC examinations will wrap up on April 3, as per the official schedule. The eagerly anticipated ICSE Results 2024 and ISC Results 2024 are expected to be announced in the first week of May 2024.
Once published, the results will be accessible through the official CISCE websites, cisce.org, results.cisce.org, as well as through SMS.
For ICSE class 10th Results 2024, the grading system spans from 1 to 9. A pass certificate is issued to candidates who take the ICSE exam for six subjects and attain pass marks in at least five, including English. Grades 1 and 2 denote very good performance, while 3–5 signify a pass with credit, 6–7 indicate a pass, and 8 and beyond indicate failure. Grades A, B, C, D, or E will be displayed for Socially Useful Productive Work and Community Service.
In the previous year, ICSE examination results were declared on May 14, boasting an overall pass percentage of 98.94%. Notably, girls achieved a pass percentage of 99.21%, while boys achieved 98.71%.
