JNU UG Admissions 2024 – Final Day for Pre-Enrolment and Fee Submission: Key Updates

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has announced that today is the final opportunity for candidates to complete pre-enrolment registration and fee payment for its undergraduate (UG) and Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) programmes for the academic year 2024-25. Applicants who sought admission to JNU’s UG programmes through the Common University Entrance Test - Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 must secure their seats and pay the admission fees via the official portal at jnuee.jnu.ac.in.

How to Apply for JNU UG and CoP Admissions 2024

1. Visit the official website at jnuee.jnu.ac.in.
2. Navigate to the JNUEE/ JNU CUET link.
3. Register with the candidate’s basic details.
4. Complete the application form by entering personal, academic, and income details.
5. Upload required documents and pay the application fee.
6. Submit the form and download a copy for future reference.

Documents Required for JNU UG and CoP Admissions 2024

• Enrolment form
• Anti-ragging undertaking
• Central Library application form
• Five recent passport-size photographs
• Two sets of self-attested copies of Class 10 and 12 certificates (including age/date of birth proof)
• Character certificate from the last institution attended
• Two sets of self-attested copies of marksheets and degree certificates (senior school, bachelor’s, master’s, etc.)
• Two self-attested copies of SC/ST/OBC certificates with originals for verification
• Two copies of the disability certificate (if applicable)
• Two copies of income and asset certificate for EWS category candidates
• Migration certificate from the last institution attended
• Discontinuation certificate if currently enrolled in another course

JNU will release the second merit list on August 30, 2024. The university is offering admissions through CUET to BA (Honours) programmes in foreign languages, BSc in Ayurveda Biology, and various proficiency programmes.
