KEA PGCET 2023: Final Round Seat Allotment begins at kea.kar.nic.in; check complete schedule here

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) commenced the final round seat allotment process for Karnataka PGCET 2023 admission to MBA, MCA, ME, and MTech courses. Candidates who have registered for the Karnataka PGCET counselling round can check and participate in the seat allotment process through the official website- kea.kar.nic.in.

As per the schedule, KEA will announce the result of the final round of the seat allocation process on 23 February. Candidates who want to cancel their KEA seat selected in the first or second round can do so online on 22 February by 11 am. Candidates who received PGCET 2023 ranks but were not assigned seats will only be eligible for consideration in the final round. Candidates who have been assigned a seat in either the first or second round or have cancelled their seats in previous rounds will not be eligible to participate in this round.

Publication of seat matrix- 21 February, after 11 am

Publication of seat allotment result- 23 February, after 6 pm

Challan download, fee payment- 26 to 28 February by 4 pm

Download of admission order- 29 February by 3:30 pm

Deadline to report to colleges- 29 February by 5:30 pm
