The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) opened the registration window for architecture courses based on NATA 2024 scores. The Council of Architecture has also relaxed Class 12 eligibility criteria for architecture admissions from the academic session 2024-25 as per which students with 45% marks in second PUC exam or equivalent are eligible to apply.

The deadline to register is July 13 up to 11 am. Applicants can pay registration fees till 2 pm. Candidates who qualified the exam but didn’t submit the scorecard can submit NATA 2024 scorecard copy along with KCET 2024 admission ticket, registration form, and Class 12 or second PUC marks card by 15 July.

KCET 2024: Revised Eligibility Criteria for Architecture Admission

No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless he or she has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either chemistry or biology or technical vocational subject or computer science or information technology or informatics practices or engineering graphics or business studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 diploma examination with mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

“In view of the relaxed eligibility criteria, the candidates who have passed 2nd PU / 12th Standard examination WITH 45% as per the relaxed eligibility criteria (40% for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, other Backward Classes and person with disability of mental retardation or mental illness (including Dyslexia)) will be considered for assignment of ranks for Architecture course,” the exam authority stated.
