The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced an extension for the application submission of the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2023. Aspiring candidates seeking admission to MBA, MCA, ME, MTech, and MArch programs in Karnataka now have until August 23 at 11.59 pm to complete their application process. The application form for Karnataka PGCET 2023 can be accessed and filled out at kea.kar.nic.in.
The Karnataka PGCET Exam 2023 dates have also been confirmed. The examination for ME, MTech, and MArch programs is scheduled for September 9, while the MCA and MBA examinations will take place on September 10.
For successful registration, candidates are required to remit the application fee, which amounts to Rs 650 for general category candidates and Rs 500 for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
It's important to note that candidates who have qualified through GATE will not be required to appear for the entrance exam. However, they are still required to submit the Karnataka PGCET 2023 application form.
KEA emphasises the significance of adhering to the extended deadline for application submission, as there will be no further extensions provided.
Following the conclusion of the registration phase, KEA will facilitate an application correction window for Karnataka PGCET 2023. This feature will allow candidates to rectify any inaccuracies in their application forms using their application number and password.
