On 8 February 2023, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) made the first seat allocation results of the Karnataka AYUSH National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) available online.
The first seat allotment result may be checked and downloaded by candidates who have enrolled for the AYUSH NEET UG 2022 exams by entering their CET number on the official websites cetonline.karnataka.gov.in or kea.kar.nic.in.

- Seat Allotment Result: 8 February 2023
- Choice-filling by candidates: 8 to 9 February 2023
- Payment of fee: 9 to 10 February 2023
- Last date to report to allotted colleges for document verification: 12 February 2023

1. Visit the official website of KEA
2. On the homepage of the website, click on the link that reads 'AYUSH NEET UG 2022 First Seat Allotment Result'
3. Login with the CET number
4. The result will be displayed on the screen
5. Check the result, download it as a PDF & take a printout as well for future reference
