Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) released the first seat allotment list for undergraduate (UG) and certificate of proficiency (COP) programmes today. Candidates waiting for the merit list will be able to check the list at the official website of JNU- jnuee.jnu.ac.in

JNU is taking admission to its UG programmes through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Candidates must freeze their seats before 23 October to confirm their admission. The last date for fee payment is 25 October, 2022

Steps to check JNU first seat allotment list:

  1. Go to the official website- jnuee.jnu.ac.in
  2. Visit the ‘Admission’ section on the homepage
  3. Click on “Declaration of result for UG and COP prog. 2022-23 and blocking of seats”
  4. Click on the link for UG or COP merit list
  5. In the login page, key in your application number and password and submit
  6. Seat allotment/merit list will appear on the screen
  7. Check the details and download the list
  8. Take a printout of the merit list for future reference

JNU will be having a total of three rounds of seat allotment. Students who couldn’t make it to the first round of merit list will have two more chances. As per the official notice, the second merit list will be issued on 22 October, while the third merit list is supposed to be out on 27 October.
