The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Examinations declared the JKCET counselling schedule 2024 for BE, BTech admission in the participating colleges. Candidates who qualified the common entrance test (JKCET 2024) conducted by the JKBOPE will have to participate in the counselling process for further admission process.
The first round of the JKCET counselling 2024 will be conducted on 30 June for rank 1 to 500. Candidates will have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu or Srinagar physically for registration, attendance and fulfilment of other formalities between 8:30 am to 10 am on the day of their counselling.
Applicants will also need to deposit the counselling fee of Rs 1,000 through POS machines available at BOPEE office Jammu or Srinagar through debit or credit cards. “Any candidate who fails to deposit the counseling fee shall not be allowed to participate in the counseling process,” it said.
Candidates failing to join the allotted college after completion of the counselling will not be eligible to participate in the subsequent JKCET counselling rounds. The seat matrix will be uploaded separately on the official website before the commencement of the counselling process.
