JSSC CGL 2024 Exam Details

The exam will consist of three papers – Language Knowledge (Paper 1), Tribal or Regional Language Knowledge (Paper 2), and General Knowledge (Paper 3). Each paper will be two hours long.

Paper Breakdown

  • Paper 1: 120 questions
  • Paper 2: 100 questions
  • Paper 3: 150 questions

All papers will feature objective type questions on OMR sheets, each question carrying three marks, with a negative marking of one mark for incorrect answers.

Eligibility Criteria for JSSC CGL 2024

  • Candidates must score at least 30% in Paper 1 to qualify for the evaluation of the next two papers.
  • Similarly, 30% is the minimum score required in Paper 2 to proceed with the evaluation of Paper 3.

The JSSC CGL 2024 examination is being conducted to fill 2,017 graduate level vacancies across various departments of the Jharkhand state government.
