The National Testing Agency (NTA) is closing registrations for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 Session 1 on November 30. Aspiring candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can register for JEE Main 2024 via the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in.

The initial session of the JEE Main exam is all set to take place between January 24 and February 1, 2024. Subsequently, Session 2 will be held from April 1 to 15, 2024.

Crucially, candidates have the flexibility to apply for one or both sessions of the exam. Those opting solely for Session 1 need to pay the relevant fee and retain the option to reapply for Session 2 during the reopening of the application window.

Prospective JEE Mains examinees must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. SC/ST applicants require a minimum of 65% in Class 12 for eligibility in NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, while general/OBC applicants need a minimum of 75%. Importantly, there are no age restrictions for JEE Main 2024 applicants.

The JEE Main 2024 exam encompasses three papers: Paper 1 for BTech programs, Paper 2A for Bachelor of Architecture, and Paper 2B for Bachelor of Planning.
