Physics: The difficulty level of this section ranged from easy to moderate. The following topics were covered in the physics questions: semiconductors, communication, the doppler effect, laws of motion, AC circuits, gravitation, communication systems, wave optics, and others.

Chemistry: This section was simple and NCERT-based. Compared to inorganic and physical chemistry, organic chemistry is given more weight. The exam covered a variety of important subjects, including block chemistry, polymers, chemical bonding, equilibrium, environmental chemistry, and others.

Mathematics: Math was quite difficult. Exam questions covered a variety of topics, including coordinate geometry, circles, matrices, integration, and hyperbola.
