The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2023) BArch, BPlanning exam will take place in the second shift today i.e. 28 January. The engineering entrance exam will be held from 3 pm to 6:30 pm. Aspirants will have to report at the examination centre two hours before the commencement of JEE Main paper 2. The gate closing time will be half an hour before the commencement of the exam.

The JEE Main admit card for paper 2 was released on January 26. Candidates can check and download the JEE admit card through the official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in.

JEE MAIN 2023: Important things to remember

  • Candidates should carry the JEE Main admit card and valid id proof to the exam centre
  • Candidates should also carefully read the exam day instructions mentioned on the admit card
  • The reporting time for JEE Main Candidates is two hours before the exam starts
  • The Drawing section of the BArch paper will be pen-paper based

As per the JEE Main 2023 exam pattern, Paper 2 will include multiple-choice questions and numerical questions. There will be 82 questions for the BArch paper and 105 questions for the BPlanning paper. The JEE Main BArch and BPlanning will be in computer-based test (CBT) mode for the Mathematics and Aptitude sections. The BPlanning paper will have planning-based questions in addition to Maths and Aptitude.
