The syllabus for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2024 has been released by the Indian Institute of technology (IIT) Madras. Candidates willing to appear for the JEE Advanced Exam 2024 can check the syllabus at jeeadv.ac.in. The exam will be held in different centres across the country on May 26.
Candidates will be able to register themselves for the JEE Mains Examination from Sunday, April 21, 2024 to Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
The syllabus of JEE Advanced 2024 will be similar to that of 2023.
Exam Pattern
The examination will consist of two papers. These two papers will have questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

The eligibility criteria for appearing in JEE Advanced examination will be announced soon on the official website of JEE Advanced.

Chemistry: The syllabus consists of topics like States of Matter: Gases and liquids, atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, Chemical Thermodynamics, Chemical and Ionic Equilibrium, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Solid State, Solutions, Surface Chemistry, Classification of Elements and periodicity in Properties, Hydrogen, s-Block Elements, p-Block Elements, d-block Elements, f-Block elements, Coordination Compounds, Isolation of Metals, Principles of Qualitative Analysis, Environmental Chemistry, Basic Principles of Organic Chemistry, Alkanes, Alkanes and Alkynes, Benzene, Phenols, Alkyl Halides, Alcohols, Ethers, Aldehydes and Ketones, Carboxylic Acids, Amines, Haloarenes, Biomolecules, Polymers, Chemistry in organic life and Practical Organic Chemistry
Mathematics: Mathematics syllabus consists of Sets, Relations and Functions, Algebra, Matrices, Probability and Statistics, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus and Vectors.
