The class of 2023 for the postgraduate programme in management (PGP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB), which has campuses in Hyderabad and Mohali, has reportedly received 1,578 job offers from 222 recruiting companies.
According to a press release from the business school, the average annual accepted CTC (cost to company) was 34.21 lakh, up 2.5 times from the pre-ISB average of 13.39 lakh.
The top industries in terms of offers were consulting, IT, ITES, technology, banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail consulting, product management, sales and marketing, and general management, as well as leadership programmes.
The companies that made offers at ISB were also heavily weighted toward the supply chain, logistics, media and entertainment industries. With 36 global employment offers issued this year, it further stated that the job market has also begun to recover since the pandemic.

In keeping with its guiding principle of "one school, two campuses," ISB implements an integrated placement approach for its two campuses in Mohali and Hyderabad. According to the announcement, the full placements procedure was carried out virtually for the third consecutive year.
