Indian Railways Recruitment begins soon for Junior Engineer and other important positions

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued a notification for recruitment to several important positions. Through this recruitment process a total of 7,951 vacancies for the positions of Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), Chemical Metallurgical Assistant and other positions will be filled.

The registration process for the recruitment will begin on July 30 while the last date for submission of the application and the application fee is August 29.

Once the application process concludes, candidates will be given the opportunity to make corrections in their applications from August 30 to September 8.

Age Limit

Candidates applying for the positions must between 18 to 36 years.

Application fee

General Category candidates will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 500.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Transgender, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes will have to pay Rs 250 as examination fee.
