The Indian Navy has released admit cards for the Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET) under the Agniveer 02/2024 recruitment drive. Candidates who have applied for the Navy Agniveer recruitment examination can download their admit cards from agniveernavy.cdac.in. Navy Agniveer admit cards for both Matric Recruit (MR) and Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR) examinations are accessible through the candidates' login.
How to Download Admit Card
- Visit the official website at agniveernavy.cdac.in.
- Find the ‘Agniveer Navy Sailors Application 2024’ tab and click on it.
- Log in with the candidate’s registered email address, password and captcha code. A new page will appear on screen.
- Click on the ‘Admit Card’ tab.
- Verify the details on the card closely.
- Download and print a physical copy of the admit card for the day of the exam.
Educational Qualifications
- Candidate should have qualified in 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics from Boards of School Education recognised by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Or the candidate should have passed a three-year diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobiles, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, Information Technology) from Central, State, and UT recognised Polytechnic Institutes with 50% marks in aggregate.
- Or the candidate should have passed a two-year Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects such as Physics and Mathematics from Education Boards recognised by Central, State, and UT with 50% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates should be born between November 1, 2003, and April 30, 2007 (both dates inclusive).
Question Paper Format
The first stage of the selection process for Agniveers in the Navy is the INET examination, delivered in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The CBT will have 100 questions, each carrying one mark. The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi and English) and objective type (multiple-choice questions). The exam includes four sections – English, Science, Mathematics, and General Awareness.
The INET exam will be conducted from July 9 to 11 for SSR candidates and from July 12 to 15 for MR candidates. Candidates shortlisted in the INET examination will be eligible for the second stage, which consists of Physical Fitness Test (PFT), written examination, and the medical examination.
