The Indian Maritime University (IMU) commenced the registration process for admission to the undergraduate, MTech and MBA programmes. While the last date to register against the first round IMU CET counselling is 26 June, the first admission list release date is not announced yet.

Candidates have been asked to select as many choices as possible of their preferences, so that they have a better chance of getting a seat allotted. Candidates will be allotted amongst only those seats, which they have opted in their choices.

Any course/campus not mentioned in the choice will not be allotted irrespective of the merit of the ranks, IMU CET counselling registration website said.

Candidates must note that the allotment of seats to a programme or campus will be done automatically by a software based on certain factors including IMU CET rank, category, choices of programmes and campuses, and the availability of seats.
