IMS Ghaziabad organised a reorientation programme for Term III students of the PGDM batch of 2021-23 on March 24, 2022. The comprehensive programme was envisioned by Urvashi Makkar, director, IMS Ghaziabad, for realigning and gearing up the learners to pace up in order to gain an enriched learning experience from the numerous endeavours that would be undertaken by the institute towards their corporate readiness. The session was also attended by Sandeepta Banerjee, founder and CEO, RaisetoPi and Meeta Sachdeva, VP - partnerships, RaisetoPi.

Addressing the future managers, Makkar highlighted that every milestone of the PGDM programme must be cherished by them and referred to the session and the day as a new beginning in their professional journey. She advised them to take up the forthcoming summer Internships with zeal and a competitive spirit and set new benchmarks for the success that is awaiting for them. Critical inputs were shared by her on the crucial importance of networking as the success mantra for career growth.

They highlighted the importance of inculcating skills like social emotional competence, hustling and juggling, critical thinking, problem solving, democratic communication and many more. Congratulating IMS Ghaziabad for inculcating a growth mindset in the learners, they extended the opportunity of internships to the students.

Compered by Aakriti Sadana and Abhinav Sharma and coordinated by Radhika Malhotra, Abhishek Bhushan Singhal and Parul Agarwal, the session was instrumental in realigning the learners with the academic structure and events in the current term.
