The Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ghaziabad organised a six-day online induction and refresher programme on “Social Media Marketing” last week that was instrumental in sharpening the skills of the participants on social media marketing, which is essential in improving the standards of online learning in the institutions as per NEP 2020. This programme was conducted under the leadership of Urvashi Makkar and coordinated by Surabhi Singh.

Urvashi Makkar stressed on the multiple contemporary trends such as Artificial Intelligence and Influencer Marketing that were revolutionising the disruptive landscape of social media marketing.
Shweta Srivastava provided a crisp understanding on the use of social media and shared the multiple possibilities and best practices.
The interactive session saw enthusiastic participation from the delegates who were provided an in-depth understanding on how to exploit the huge potential of social media.
