Applications for admission to the 2022-24 batch for Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is open at the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Ghaziabad. Students aspiring to be a part of the institute’s 33rd PGDM batch can start by filling out their applications online.
The PGDM programme at IMS, one of India’s reputable business schools, is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The programme is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and is equivalent to MBA by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It also has global accreditation from Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the United States and the Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges & Universities (ASIC), United Kingdom.
To apply for the degree, candidates need to fill in the online application form on the institution’s website.
To be eligible for the postgraduate course, applicants need to have completed a three-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course in any discipline recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC)/AICTE with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates appearing for the final exam of the Bachelor’s degree or equivalent examination can also apply. Candidates need to have a valid CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT/NMAT/XAT test score. Both freshers, as well as candidates with relevant work experiences, can apply.
Eligible candidates have to appear for an entrance exam, the venue and time for which will be announced on the institute’s website. The entrance exam will consist of a written aptitude test, a group discussion and a personal interview.
The institute will take into consideration each candidate’s board exam marks, graduation marks, CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/GMAT/NMAT/XAT test score, written aptitude test score, group discussion performance and personal interview performance. Based on the total score and performance, the institute will release a list of the 360 shortlisted candidates.
The entire course fee for the PGDM programme is Rs 7,95,000.
