On June 20 and 21, the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad will organise a two-day event for aspiring students who have taken or will take the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main and Advanced) for admission to the IITs. JEE Advanced Result 2023 will be out on June 18.
"Open Day" at IIT Hyderabad is to highlight the initiatives taken by IIT Hyderabad to support and encourage student entrepreneurship and innovation. According to IIT Hyderabad director BS Murty, they will also be introduced to new BTech programmes that are industry-focused, internship programmes that permit semester-long internships, and the new curriculum that focuses on developing innovation and entrepreneurship skills in students from the first year of BTech itself.
On June 20, 2023, the event will be held in a hybrid style that will enable both in-person and online participation. The event is looking for JEE Advanced candidates from diverse locations to attend and participate in creative discussions. The 'Open Day' will only be available online on June 21.
Through its official website and numerous social media platforms, IITH will offer the required links, allowing participants to easily register for the event and remain informed of any developments or announcements.
On June 24, 2023, IIT Madras will host a similar programme called "demo day" for JEE hopefuls and their parents, during which counselling and a demo tour will be offered.
