CAT 2024 Results to be Out Soon: Steps to Check Scores, Validity, and Key Details

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta, is set to announce the results for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 in the coming days. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access their scorecards on the official website, iimcat.ac.in.

How to Check IIM CAT Results 2024 (Once it is Released)

1. Visit the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
2. Click on the link titled ‘CAT Score Card 2024 Download’ on the homepage.
3. Log in using the candidate’s application number, password, and security pin.
4. View and download the CAT 2024 scorecard for future reference.

Earlier, IIM Calcutta had released the answer key, allowing candidates to raise objections until December 5, 2024. The final result will incorporate evaluations based on these objections.

CAT 2024 Highlights

• The scorecard will remain valid until December 31, 2025.
• Qualified candidates will be eligible for flagship and executive MBA programmes at IIMs and other leading business schools.
• The exam, held on November 24, 2024, witnessed 2.93 lakh candidates appearing out of the 3.29 lakh registered, recording a commendable 89% attendance rate.
• 389 test centres in approximately 170 cities hosted the exam with heightened security measures, including the deployment of mobile jammers in select locations.

The CAT exam remains a gateway for management aspirants to secure admission to some of the country’s most prestigious MBA programmes.
