The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has officially released the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 answer key, response sheet, and question papers today, November 29. Candidates who appeared for this year’s national level MBA entrance exam can access these documents for slots 1, 2, and 3 through the official website, iimcat.ac.in.
How to Download the CAT Answer Key 2024
The institute has also opened a provision for raising objections to the answer key by paying a fee of INR 1,200 per question challenged. The deadline for submitting challenges will be announced shortly on the website.
Objections raised by candidates will be reviewed by subject experts. Based on their analysis, IIM Calcutta will release the final answer key with any necessary changes. The CAT 2024 results, prepared on the basis of the final answer key, are expected to be declared in the second week of January 2025.
Candidates will be able to download their CAT 2024 scorecards from the official website once results are declared. Individual notifications may also be sent via SMS. The CAT score will remain valid until December 31, 2025.
This year, the CAT 2024 exam recorded an impressive 89% attendance, with 2.93 lakh out of the 3.29 lakh registered candidates appearing for the exam.
