IGNOU July 2024 Fresh Admission Registration Date Extended for ODL programmes; Check Last Date Here

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) extended the registration deadline for fresh admission against the July 2024 academic year. Students interested to apply in the July 2024 session in the online distance learning (ODL) and online programmes can now register through the official website- onlinerr.ignou.ac.in.

As per the recent official notice, the last date now is 15 October. Earlier, the last date to register for the ODL and online programmes was till 30 September. The open university has extended the application deadline for all online distance learning and online mode programmes except for the semester based and certificate programmes run by IGNOU.

The list of programmes provided online is available at the official website – iop.ignouonline.ac.in. Students can check the programmes and apply accordingly.

IGNOU on X notified, “Extension of last date for July, 2024 Fresh Admission till 15th October, 2024 in respect of all programmes offered in ODL/Online mode for July, 2024 session (except for Semester based & Certificate programmes).”

IGNOU July 2024 Registration: Steps to apply

1. Go to the official website of IGNOU – ignou.ac.in
2. Click on ‘Register Online’ tab followed by ‘Fresh Admissions’
3. Click on the ‘New Registrations’ tab
4. Fill in all the required registration details and submit
5. With the login details received on the email ID and phone number, login using the same and fill in all the details required
6. Select the programme to be studied and submit the IGNOU registration form
