  • 5 minutes prior to the start of the examination, candidates must be seated.
  • Candidates are not permitted to exit the exam room before the examination concludes.
  • Candidates must notify the supervising examiner right away if they receive an exam paper for which they are not registered or if the questions suggest that a map or other stationery should have also been provided.
  • The primary answer booklet's top sheet is where candidates are needed to sign their names.
  • Candidates must carefully read any general directions provided at the top of the paper.
  • Black or blue ballpoint or fountain pens must be used for all writing on the answer booklet.
  • Unless the question paper's rubric forbids it, candidates must write on both sides of each page of the answer booklet. Leave a margin to the right and left of your writing while you are composing. Start your answer to each component of a question on a separate line.
  • In the left-hand margin at the start of each answer, candidates must clearly write the question number. Be cautious to adhere to the same numbering convention as the exam question paper. After addressing each inquiry, leave a note.
  • It is not allowed to use any calculators, whether they be handheld, desk-based, or other.
  • Place the answer scripts in chronological order once the time allotted for writing the exam has ended. On the primary answer booklet, continuation booklet, graph, and map, make sure the topic paper, UID, and index number are all written correctly. Candidates must fold them in half and attach them at the upper left corner before turning them in.
