The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India rescheduled ICAI CA Exam 2023 to 10 May 2023 for Jalandhar (Punjab) and Jharsuguda (Odisha) centres. The official notice can be checked by candidates on the official website of ICAI- icai.org.
The reason for rescheduling the date is due to the Bye Election to the Parliamentary Constituency in Jalandhar (Punjab) and Legislative Assembly in Jharsuguda (Odisha).
According to the official notice released, Paper – 4 (Taxation) is scheduled to be held on 10 May 2023 (Wednesday) in Jalandhar (Punjab) and Jharsuguda (Odisha) stands re-scheduled and the examination in the said paper shall now be held on 20 May 2023 (Saturday) at the same timing(s) i.e. 2 pm to 5 pm and at the same examination centres.
Candidates must note that the admit card already issued earlier in this regard will be valid for the revised date as well.
The exam schedule for all the other cities will remain unchanged. The foundation course examination will be conducted on 24, 26, 28 and 30 June 2023. Inter course examination for Group 1 will be conducted on 3, 6, 8 and 10 May 2023 and Group II will be conducted on 12, 14, 16 and 18 May 2023. The final course exam for Group 1 will be conducted on 2, 4, 7 and 9 May 2023 and Group II will be conducted on 11, 13, 15 and 17 May 2023.
