An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Goa, Kumar Shobhan has been general manager of Hyatt Regency since 2019. He successfully took over the project of refurbishment and renovation of the property along with introducing innovative concepts in Food & Beverage , social events and enhancing overall experience of guests and colleagues. An analytical thinker, Shobhan knows how to lead and inspire his team. With hospitality experience spanning more than 20 years in hotel operations, he brings the expertise, skillset and drive to maintain the standard of excellence established at the property over so many years.
