The new programme is a specialised course on content and social media
Students can pay for the course only if they get a job of Rs 4.5 lakh or more per annum

Kraftshala, an ed-tech organisation that builds marketing training programmes, has launched a new specialisation with a curriculum in Content & Social Media. The speciality of the programme is that it offers the provision by which the students can pay back after they land a job. And if they earn less than Rs 4.5 lakh per annum, they pay nothing.

Kraftshala claims that this initiative can be a breakthrough online education programme that helps people without any prior experience get into high potential marketing careers with some of the world’s largest consumer companies. With a placement rate of 100%, students from Kraftshala’s Marketing Launchpad have been placed in some renowned brands and agencies across India such as John Jacobs, Toothsi, The Souled Store, Publicis, and many more.

It also says that this is the second specialisation under the Marketing Launchpad programme and can benefit thousands of freshers who are wanting to build a career in Content Creation and Social Media Management.

Kraftshala identified the need in the market for talent who could not just write well but have an innate, in-depth understanding of content and how brands use content to drive preference and sales online. Simultaneously, they observed the untapped potential talents who had a decent writing capability but are unable to get a job given their lack of practical knowledge and experience. The course was curated keeping in mind the opportunity it could possibly unlock for social media and content marketing aspirants giving them a platform to explore and pursue career opportunities while skilling themselves with industry knowledge.

Varun Satia, founder and CEO - Kraftshala said, “Marketing in the digital age is not just about understanding data and platforms but even more so about continuously creating content that users love to consume and share. There is a global explosion of jobs for people with the ability to create engaging and insightful content, and we hope to help India’s graduates and working professionals participate in this boom and thereby unlock their potential to craft a wonderful marketing career for themselves. With the launch of this programme, we get one step closer to our goal of launching careers of a million Indian students.”

Anyone who wants to build a career in marketing by writing articles and creating video content, social media management, influencer management, organic marketing and growth can apply for the programme by appearing for the screening test on https://program.kraftshala.com/marketing-launchpad
