The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board will conclude the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET 2024) registration today on the official website- gujcet.gseb.org.

As per the schedule, the board will conduct the GUJCET 2024 on 31 March for admission to engineering and pharmacy programmes. The exam is being held for admission into professional degree programmes such as Bachelor of Engineering and Technology and Bachelor of Pharmacy offered by the participating institutes.

Applicants must note that the GSEB will only conduct the written GUJCET 2024 exam. The remaining parts, like counselling and seat allotment, will be done by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). The merit list will be based on the GUJCET 2024 written exam (40% weightage) and board exam marks (60% weightage).

GUJCET Registration 2024: Steps to apply

  1. Visit the official website- gujcet.gseb.org
  2. On the homepage, click on the link for new candidate registration
  3. Register and generate the login credentials
  4. Fill in the GUJCET 2024 application form and submit
  5. Pay the registration fees and upload the required documents
  6. Download and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference

Candidates applying for admission to BTech programmes should have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with 45% marks (40% for reserved category students). Candidates who are appearing for the exam should be a bona-fide resident of Gujarat.
