GATE 2025 Registration Deadline Extended Again; Check Last Date to Apply Inside

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 has once again extended the registration deadline with late fee till October 11, 11:59 pm. Candidates yet to register and interested in appearing for the test can fill out the form online at the official website – gate2025.iitr.ac.in by 11 October.

This is the second extension as the first deadline was September 26. “Due to several requests from applicants, the closing date of extended online registration/ application process (With a Late Fee) is further extended up to 11:59 PM, 11th October 2024 (Friday).” read the official notification.

GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 at various test centres across the country. The exam will be held in two shifts on all days. During the extended application window for GATE 2025, the fee is Rs 1,400 for female candidates and those in the SC, ST, and PwD categories, while it is Rs 2,300 for all other applicants.

1. Visit the official website- gate2025.iitr.ac.in
2. Click on apply now from the applications menu
3. Fill in all the required details and upload the scanned copy of the necessary documents
4. Fill in the details of valid government id and bank details
5. Pay the application fee and save the confirmation page
6. Download and take a printout of the same for future reference
