GATE 2024 Correction Window: How to Make Changes

1. Visit the official IISC GATE website.

2. Click on the GATE 2024 link available on the homepage.

3. Log in to your account, and your application form will be displayed.

4. Modify the necessary details in the application form and complete the payment of the processing fees.

5. Click submit once the changes are made.

6. Your corrections have been successfully submitted.

7. Download the confirmation page and retain a hard copy for future reference.

The processing fee for making changes is ₹500. However, if a candidate needs to alter the gender from female to any other, change the category from SC/ST to any other, or shift from PwD/Dyslexic to Non-PwD/Dyslexic, the fee is ₹1400.

It must further be noted that the admit card for GATE 2024 is scheduled for release on January 3, 2024, with the examination dates set for February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. GATE 2024 offers a total of 30 test papers, comprising both full papers and sectional papers. Candidates can choose to appear for one or two test papers from the allowed two-paper combinations. The GATE score obtained will be valid for three years from the date of result announcement.

Candidates can expect responses on February 16, with answer keys following on February 21, 2024. The deadline to raise objections is February 25, 2023. For additional details, candidates are encouraged to refer to the official GATE website.
