GATE 2024 Application Correction window opens; know things to be modified inside

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) started the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 application correction window. Candidates who have registered for the exam can modify the details in their GATE application form 2024 on the official website- gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

As per the official website, the last date to make corrections is 24 November. “The window for modifying your application is now OPEN. Please see what all you can modify and the associated fees in the Table here: https://gate2024.iisc.ac.in/application-fees/ Please go to GOAPS website to login and modify, if you desire to do so: https://goaps.iisc.ac.in/login,” said the page of GATE 2024 in a post on X.

GATE 2024 Application Correction: Things that can be modified

It must be noted that to make the following changes/ modifications, candidates will be required to pay a specific fee as per mentioned on the official website.

Change in name

Change in date of birth

Change in choice of exam cities

Change of existing paper

Add a second paper

Change of gender to female

Change of gender from female to any other

Change of category to SC, ST

Change of category from SC, ST to any other

Change from non-PwD or dyslexic to PwD or dyslexic

Change from PwD or dyslexic to non-PwD or dyslexic

Any other change in category

Details of parents or guardian or correspondence address

College name and location, roll number, registration number
