FMGE or Foreign Medical Graduate Examination is a licensing examination which is conducted for candidates who have completed their primary medical education from institutes outside India.
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts the exam in computer-based mode twice a year.

The application window for the FMGE 2023 June session is scheduled to close tomorrow, 20 June 2023. Interested and eligible candidates can submit the application form on the official website at nbe.edu.in before 11:55 pm.

The registration process for the June session started on 31 May 2023.

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying online for the exam. FMGE 2023 application process includes steps such as registration, filling details in the application form, uploading images in the right size and format, choosing exam centre, and paying the registration fee.

FMGE 2023 registration: Steps to register

  • Log on to the official website of nbe.edu.in and select ‘FMGE’
  • Under the links sections, click on “New Registration”
  • Read the instructions carefully and select “Close”
  • Enter details such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number etc.
  • Login ID and password will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number
  • Login with the above credentials and fill in personal and qualification details in the application form
  • Select centre details
  • Pay the application fee and submit
