The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay) is set to close the regular registration window for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED 2024) and CEED 2024 today, November 13.
The exams are slated to take place from 9AM to noon on January 21, with CEED 2024 results expected on March 6 and UCEED 2024 results on March 8.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay) is set to close the regular registration window for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED 2024) and CEED 2024 today, November 13. Aspiring candidates can submit their applications on the official websites, ceed.iitb.ac.in and uceed.iitb.ac.in, until the deadline.

Applicants from general and OBC categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹3,800, while those from SC, ST, PwD categories, and female candidates will submit ₹1,900 as the registration fee.

The following documents are required for completing the application process:

  • Candidates need to provide a recent colour photograph.
  • A scanned copy of their signature.
  • Degree or diploma, and relevant category certificates if applicable.
  • If the course is ongoing, a certificate from the college principal or department head is also required.

For those who miss the deadline, a late fee of ₹500 will be applicable until November 20. IIT Bombay is scheduled to release the CEED and UCEED 2023 admit cards on January 5, 2024. The exams are slated to take place from 9AM to noon on January 21, with CEED 2024 results expected on March 6 and UCEED 2024 results on March 8.

IIT Bombay, along with IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur, will consider UCEED 2024 scores for admissions to Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes.

CEED 2024 scores will open doors for admission to PG programmes in several prestigious institutes, including IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Jodhpur, Indian Institute of Science (IISc Bangalore), IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur. Additionally, the scores will be shared with esteemed institutes such as MIT ID Indore - Avantika University, World University of Design Sonepat, RV University Bengaluru, and Delhi Technological University.
