Aspirants need to communicate their post preferences via the official SSC website, ssc.nic.in, as the submission window remains open until February 18, 2024.
To check the list of vacancies, candidates can navigate to the direct link provided by the commission.
In a formal notification, the SSC underscored the mandatory requirement for candidates who participated in the Tier-II examination to provide their Option-cum-Preference(s) for post(s)/ department(s) pertaining to CHSLE-2023. Failure to adhere to this directive, will render the candidates ineligible for inclusion in the final merit list or selection.
It is important to note that Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs) need to allocate preferences only for posts deemed suitable for their disabilities. The allocation process will adhere to the guidelines stipulated in the Notice of Examination, with merit-cum-preference serving as the deciding factor for post allocation. SSC reiterated that the candidature of PwBD candidates will be nullified by the User Department if they secure a post unsuitable for their disabilities.
