The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the final results for the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (SSC CHSLE 2023). Candidates can now access them on the commission's updated website, ssc.gov.in.

Following the tier 1 examination results declared on September 27, which saw 17,495 candidates shortlisted in list 1 and 1,307 in list 2, additional tier 1 results were announced on December 12, with 145 candidates qualifying for tier 2.
The tier 2 examination, conducted on November 2 and 10, witnessed the participation of 14,548 candidates for the typing test and 1,679 for the data entry speed test.
Between February 13 and 18, option-cum-preference forms were released for tier 2 participants. Out of which, 11,467 candidates submitted their forms, advancing them for further selection considerations.
The commission has meticulously prepared the merit list based on candidates' performances in sections 1 and 2 of the tier 2 examination, subject to their qualifying performance in section 3.
Additionally, categorywise cut-off marks for the examination have been announced.
However, the results of five debarred candidates have not been processed, and those of six candidates have been withheld for various reasons, as indicated in the commission's notification.
Regarding further proceedings, the commission stated, “Post declaration of final result of the Examination, further process of Document Verification and appointment formalities of the shortlisted candidates will be undertaken by the Allocated Departments."
Furthermore, it emphasised, "If a candidate does not receive any correspondence from the concerned allocated User Department within a period of six months from declaration of the final result, he/ she must communicate immediately thereafter with the concerned User Department."
The commission concluded by affirming that it will not entertain any correspondences regarding Document Verification/ appointment formalities from the shortlisted candidates under any circumstances.
