Edtech company Docemy has launched NEET PG ReWise, its revision programme in the run up to the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG), which has been postponed from March 12 to May 21.
Docemy — which offers curated online tutoring for MBBS students across India — has timed the NEET PG ReWise launch to make the most of the exam postponement, so that students get more than two months to prepare for the highly competitive entrance test. The NEET PG ReWise programme will continue till the entrance exam in May.
Docemy co-founder Nishanth B Singh said, “As MBBS is one of the toughest courses on the planet with 19 subjects to learn, a proper revision is crucial before NEET PG. A schedule-based, topic-wise revision programme like NEET PG ReWise will be a game changer for students. With the postponement of NEET PG, MD/MS aspirants now have two more months to revise and can benefit from planning the extra time judiciously. NEET PG ReWise helps students to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize topics for revision. That is why we call it the wiser way to revise.”
The time-bound, outcome-based programme has been created for students to cover the subjects of the NEET-PG exam topic-wise. The programme consists of 90 modules covering all topics of each subject. Students can complete one module a day or can study multiple modules together. Students have access to the modules till May 20.
Each day, students will have the opportunity to gauge their performance with the help of daily tests. After their daily revision, students have to complete 90 multiple choice questions (MCQ). The exams allow students to see their prospects in the All-India Rankings. They can also compare their performance with that of the toppers from previous years.
Apart from the daily tests, aspirants can also appear for three NEET PG mock tests, also called grand tests (GT) that are prepared by NEET PG specialists. The mock tests simulate the 200-question pattern that needs to be completed in 3.5 hours. The GT 1 is already live on the platform. GT 2 will be available from March 15 and GT 3 from May 15.
The NEET PG ReWise daily tests and the GTs are accessible through the Docemy android and iPhone app as well as on their website. Thus, students can complete the tests from their phones, tablets and personal computers.
The platform also offers a free revision planner on the Docemy website for the aspirants’ perusal during their preparation.
