Delhi University will be releasing the ‘simulated list’ for UG candidates today, 14 October. This list will help the candidates in determining their probability of securing admission to a programme at a Delhi University college. The DU UG ‘simulated list’ can be checked at the official website portal– admission.uod.ac.in
Candidates seeking admission to DU UG programmes will be provided two more days to reorder their preferences. The preference change window link will be made live between 14 October and 16 October 2022.
The first allocation list for admission to the colleges is scheduled to be out on 18 October. Meanwhile, the candidates can enlist their acceptance for the allotted seats between 19 October (10 am) and 21 October (4:59 pm).

According to data issued by the university, more than 2.17 lakh students have registered for Delhi University's UG programmes for admission to the academic session 2022-23, which is down by approximately 70,000 in comparison to the last year.
Additionally, in 2021 the university witnessed more than 2.87 lakh registrations. Meanwhile, in 2020, 3.53 lakh aspirants applied for UG programmes at the university. However, this year, Delhi University is offering students 79 UG programmes across 67 colleges, departments, and centres. The programmes include 206 combinations of BA courses.

The DU began admissions for over 70,000 seats last month. As per data provided by DU, as many as 2,17,653 aspirants have registered for its undergraduate courses till Thursday, the last day for applying. "Out of this, more than 1.5 lakh have marked their college and course preferences," Dean of Admissions Professor Haneet Gandhi told PTI.
