Over 23,000 students have opted for an upgrade from the seats that were allotted to them in the second round of DU CSAS 2022 seat allocation. Delhi university even recorded 1,008 registrations through the DU mid-entry, that concluded on 7 November, 2022.
Nearly 30,662 candidates also applied for a request to freeze their seats. The DU mid-entry registration for (UG) admission 2022 started on 5 November, 2022 at admission.uod.ac.in.
"Candidates who failed to apply to CSAS Phase I or could not complete Phase II will be given an opportunity to participate in the third round of CSAS," stated the official notice.
The University of Delhi has around 70,000 seats, out of which 15,550 seats were occupied in the second round, 9,626 were upgraded, whereas 3,806 admissions were done totally fresh.
The university will be releasing its DU UG third merit list 2022 on 10 November, 2022. Students will get a chance to accept the allotted seat from 11 to 13 November for being considered for the final upgrade. The last date to pay the fees is 15 November, 2022.
Delhi University will be conducting spot admission for the remaining seats post the completion of the third allocation process. Students have the chance to apply for spot allocation round from 18 to 19 November at du.ac.in.
