UGC NET Result 2024 Normalisation Process

The NTA uses a normalisation method to ensure fairness in scoring across different shifts. The candidates' raw marks are converted into a UGC NET score (percentile) to account for any variation in difficulty levels across shifts.

Category Wise Qualifying Marks for UGC NET 2024

General category candidates are required to score at least 40% to pass the exam, while reserved category candidates need a minimum of 35% to qualify.
