CUET UG 2023: Registration likely to be extended; check major details inside

The Common University Entrance Test- Undergraduate (CUET UG 2023) registration window will close in two days on 12 March. Candidates interested to take admission in UG and PG programmes offered by central universities, private and other participating institutions will have to take the UG entrance exam to be eligible. Candidates will have to submit their CUET application form 2023 on the official website- cuet.samarth.ac.in.

As per reports till now, 168 universities have opted for CUET 2023 for admission to UG programmes, up from 90 universities last year. As more and more universities are adopting the CUET for admission, the registration date for CUET UG is likely to get extended by the NTA.

As per the CUET information bulletin 2023, the form correction window was to be opened on 15 March and the CUET exam dates were 21 to 31 May 2023. However, if the NTA extends CUET UG 2023 registration date, the edit option date will also be rescheduled.

CUET UG 2023: Steps to register

1. Go to the official website of NTA CUET- cuet.samarth.ac.in
2. On the homepage, click on ‘Register’ option
3. Key in the basic details as required to create registration number and password
4. Login using the credentials provided and enter other asked details
5. Upload scanned documents and images as required
6. Pay the application fee as required through online mode
7. Review the CUET application form and click ‘Submit’
8. Download and take a printout of the same for future use
