The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conclude the registration window for CTET January 2024 on 23 November 2023. Interested candidates who wish to apply for the 18th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test can do it through the official website of CBSE CTET- ctet.nic.in.
As per the official schedule, the registration process commenced on 3 November 2023. The 18th edition of CTET will take place on 21 January 2024. The test will be conducted in twenty languages in135 cities nationwide. The examination will be conducted in two shifts- Paper II from 9.30 am to 12 noon and Paper I from 2 pm to 4.30 pm.
CTET January 2024 Exam: Steps to apply
- Visit the official website- ctet.nic.in
- On the homepage, click on CTET January 2024 link available
- Register and login to the account with the required credentials
- Fill in the application form and pay the application fees
- Submit and download the confirmation page
- Take a printout of the same for future reference
The application fee is Rs 1000 for General/ OBC category candidates who want to apply for one paper and Rs 1200 for both papers. The application fees for SC/ST/PwBD candidates are Rs 500 for one paper and Rs 600 for two papers.
